Sarong Gaia will despatch all ordered products by the most direct method as soon as possible. Sarong Gaia undertakes to protect all information provided by the customer. If your order is delayed or unavailable for any reason Sarong Gaia will inform you via e-mail and if required a full refund will be made.
If goods arrive damaged they must be returned and a replacement will be despatched at no additional cost. All PET packaging is fully recyclable.
