About Sarong Gaia Natural Sleep Aids.

Sarong Gaia founders Jodie and Nick have long believed in and recognised the benefits of natural therapies over the “accepted norms” of mainstream manufactured products.

Jodie lived and worked for many years in various locations throughout South East Asia, during which time she was impressed by and drawn to the benefits of organic essential oils and herbal remedies. She found that using essential oils to lift the spirits and create inner balance brought a natural feeling of well being that also led to surprising health benefits.

Her natural inquisitiveness led her to blend her own mixes; and when she realised the long known therapeutic value of Himalayan Bath Salts it was a natural extension to include these in developing her understanding of traditional, organic natural products.

Throughout their busy working lives Jodie and Nick suffered from disrupted sleep patterns and appreciate the difference a good night’s sleep can make to each person; so it was that when using their own remedy they realised the difference that Sleep Genie could make to so many others lives.
